Job Description:
This part-time weekend position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising nursing staff during shifts, assisting with employee problems, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct nursing staff during shifts to ensure the best possible patient care.
- Assist the Director of Nursing with coordinating and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
- Perform on-call responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Registered Nurse license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification.
- The ability to supervise and direct nursing staff effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages for registered nurse supervisors in North Carolina. In addition to your salary, you can also expect:
