Key Responsibilities
As a Highway Stripe Technician, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting with the layout and pavement marking removal operations
- Reading plans and measuring accurately
- Lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading construction items, including pavement marking supplies and signs
- Operating and maintaining thermoplastic striping equipment for the application of striping roadways
- Operating a Striper Truck at low speeds while roadways are receiving paint striping or thermoplastic striping applications

Other Responsibilities
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also perform other tasks, such as:
- Operating company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Cleaning grinders and paint machines
- Performing shop work, including general maintenance and repair of equipment
- Maintaining daily records, including work performed and material specifications
