Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Analyst to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft by performing final work order audits, reviewing documents, and communicating with the Quality Inspection Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audit and Review: Conduct thorough audits and reviews of work orders to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
  2. Documentation and Scheduling: Prepare and schedule aircraft documentation with the Office Staff and Inspection team.
  3. Quality Control Implementation: Develop and implement documents for QC utilization and maintain documents for the Quality Control department.
  4. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate new STCs, Aircraft Flight Manual Supplements, and FAA Form 337 field approval of avionics and mechanical installations with the Engineering Certification group and the FAA.
  5. Customer Support: Provide technical data for CMP, Engineering, Technical Services, Avionics, and other Service Center-oriented departments.
  6. Problem-Solving: Research and solve shortages on documentation and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related curriculum or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of aircraft theory, inspection processes, and procedure requirements.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Analytical Ability: Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  5. Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
