Job Overview:

This is a full-time, phone-based customer service role, and a background in finance is not required to excel in this position. We are committed to providing comprehensive training, lasting eight to nine weeks, ensuring you have the necessary tools and support to thrive. As part of a new hiring cohort, you will also have a network of peers to lean on for guidance.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Training hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and after training, you must be available for an 8-hour shift between 12:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
Regular attendance at our facilities is a key aspect of our workplace culture, so please consider your commute when applying.
Your Contributions:
- Building rapport and demonstrating empathy to ensure customers feel valued.
- Providing professional assistance while adhering to measurable business objectives.
- Utilizing internal resources effectively to find the best solutions for clients.
- Exhibiting outstanding customer service skills and the determination to resolve issues accurately.
- Clearly defining problems and escalating concerns when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
A degree or relevant customer service experience is beneficial. If you do not possess a degree but are interested in pursuing one, we offer tuition reimbursement programs to support your educational goals.
