Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Imaging Specialist to join our team at CharterCARE Health Partners. As a key member of our vascular lab, you will be responsible for performing clinical examinations and other tasks assigned by the Lead Vascular Technologist.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical examinations and other tasks assigned by the Lead Vascular Technologist.
  • Assume responsibility for the safety and well-being of all patients in the vascular lab area.
  • Review patient records prior to and after the completed exam to ensure all required data is available for image interpretation.
  • Maintain quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.
  • Prepare preliminary reports and contact referring physicians when required, according to established procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an ultrasound, vascular technology, or cardiovascular technology program.
  • Appropriate credential in vascular testing.
  • 1 year experience as a Vascular or Cardiovascular Technologist with performance of at least 600 non-invasive vascular examinations.
