Program Leadership:

As the Neurology Residency Program Director at TidalHealth, you will provide strategic direction and leadership for the program, including curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and resident mentoring. Your vision and expertise will shape the future of neurology education and inspire the next generation of neurologists.

Accreditation and Compliance:

You will ensure the program meets ACGME standards and maintain accreditation through regular evaluations and documentation. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will guarantee the program's success.

Educational Oversight:

You will develop and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum that includes didactic, clinical, and research components. Your passion for education and commitment to continuous learning will foster a culture of excellence within the program.

Resident Supervision:

You will oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of residents. Your guidance and support will help residents achieve their full potential and become skilled neurologists.

Faculty Development:

You will mentor and support faculty members in their teaching roles and professional growth. Your leadership and expertise will facilitate ongoing faculty development programs and ensure the program's success.

Collaboration:

You will work closely with medical staff, hospital administration, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to resident education and patient care. Your collaboration and communication skills will be essential in achieving the program's goals.

Research and Innovation:

You will promote and support research initiatives within the program. Your encouragement of resident involvement in scholarly activities and clinical research will foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.

Board Certification: Board-certified in Neurology.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical and educational experience in neurology, with previous leadership experience preferred.

Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effective program management, team leadership, and administrative skills.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Commitment to Education: Demonstrated commitment to residency education, including mentorship and professional development.
