Job DescriptionAt Aquacare Physical Therapy, we're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Residency program in Maryland. This 12–month or 18-month program provides advanced post-professional education in orthopedic physical therapy, partnering with Evidence in Motion. Our curriculum is designed to develop highly skilled evidence-based clinicians.

What Can You Expect?
  • A structured faculty-led clinical and didactic education to improve your clinical practice and decision-making.
  • One-on-one mentorship with a board-certified clinician.
  • 4 laboratories intensive in the area of Cervico-Thoracic, Lumbar-Pelvic, Upper Extremity, and Lower Extremity.
  • Course assistance in passing the OCS Exam.

Physical Therapist Education and Experience:
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Maryland state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT compact program.
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Bachelor's in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
  • Basic Life Support CPR Certification.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
