We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our team at Valleywise Health Care System. As a member of our clinical practice, you will have the opportunity to work with high acuity adult and pediatric patients, supervising and teaching emergency medicine and surgery residents, CRNAs, student nurse anesthetist, and medical students.
About the RoleThis is a full-time clinical practice position that includes a variety of surgical specialties, such as L&D, neonatal and general pediatric surgery, general surgery, robotic surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, burn, level I trauma, orthopedics, podiatric surgery, and special procedures outside the OR. Our anesthesiologists have access to TEE equipment for perioperative and critical care patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality anesthesia care to adult and pediatric patients
- Supervise and teach emergency medicine and surgery residents, CRNAs, student nurse anesthetist, and medical students
- Participate in clinical research and academic activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care
