Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based anesthesia care with high-quality clinical teams that enhance the patient experience and promote patient safety and quality care.
- Model the practice of evidence-based medicine and exhibit superior patient experience skills and outcomes in all areas of anesthesia practice.
- Foster a collaborative model of practice to promote the growth and success of the Dignity Health Medical Group and St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.
- Collaborate with the Anesthesia Physician Lead to develop and implement educational programs within the department.

- Work with the Manager and staff in the development and enhancement of practice guidelines.
