Business Administrator Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administrator to join our team at ISLA PRODUCE IUNC.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing office staff, handling accounting functions, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of office management experience, a strong understanding of Excel, Word, and Sage, and be proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office staff and ensure a positive work environment
  • Handle accounting functions, including working with an outside accounting firm in NY
  • Oversee inventory management and customer invoicing
  • Process payroll, work with receivables, and perform other data entry responsibilities
  • Work with in-house sales and handle permit renewals and import permits

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of office management experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Sage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per year
