Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and coordinating marketing activities, including market research, campaign development, and team management. You will be responsible for analyzing customer research, market conditions, and competitor information to inform marketing decisions and develop strategic plans. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of marketing projects, manage budgets, and monitor results. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in marketing strategy and team leadership.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with marketing software applications.

Language: Fully bilingual (English and another language) required.

E-Commerce Experience: Proven experience in E-Commerce required.
