As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing raw materials into sauces, operating blending equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for dumping dry ingredients, blending raw materials, and operating blending equipment.
  • Learn and understand Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSP's) and accurately document lot numbers and ingredient quantities.
  • Identify and understand Kagome CCP's and variance procedures.
  • Batch on Line 1 and Line 2, and know the difference between Mueller batches and APV batches.
  • Maintain all processing paperwork, including startup sheets, batch sheets, downtime sheets, and rework/reprocess sheets.
  • Comprehend and understand Material Requirement Lists (Picklists) and document downtime for production line.
  • Follow approved standard sanitation operating procedures for CIP and COP of the process room and equipment.
  • Inspect ingredients for production prior to use.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned by Supervisor or Line Lead.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Food processing experience in a technically advanced facility preferred.
  • Ability to function with minimal supervision after training period.
  • Advanced mathematical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Aptitude for detailed documentation of batching, CIP/COP, and room sanitation processes.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a Safety Sensitive position. The work environment is a food plant with cold, hot, and humid conditions, wet floors, high noise levels, forklift and pedestrian traffic.
