LPN Charge Nurse Role at American Health Communities

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled LPN Charge Nurse to join our team at American Health Communities. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care, supervise support staff, and perform administrative duties.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide nursing care to residents and supervise support staff
• Perform administrative duties, including documenting assessments and managing inventory
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents

**Qualifications:**

• Currently licensed in the state of Tennessee as a licensed practical nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends
