Role Responsibilities:

  • As a Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in our production processes, ensuring timely availability of quality products.
  • This position involves rotating duties between operating the sheeter, guillotine machine, and jogging equipment.
  • Your tasks will include retrieving base materials from storage, configuring the sheeting machine according to specified dimensions, and preparing materials for subsequent processes.
  • In the guillotine operation, you will be responsible for cutting sheets to precise sizes and conducting quality assessments.
  • Jogging duties will require you to safely lift and position stacks of sheets for the guillotine.
  • Additionally, you will prepare products for packaging and dispatch to clients.
  • Utilization of RF scanning technology for tracking the movement of materials will be essential.
  • Operating both motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment is a key part of the role.
  • Effective teamwork and communication will be crucial in this collaborative environment.
  • Adherence to safety protocols in a production setting is mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required, including weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Rate: $22.56 per hour, with variations based on experience and qualifications.
