Sales Associate Opportunity in Our Showroom
We are expanding and seeking a talented, energetic, and passionate sales professional to join our dynamic sales team.
The Showroom Sales Associate will be tasked with selling a variety of product categories across all our brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs to recommend and sell suitable product solutions.
- Present products in a professional, engaging, and inspiring manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Generate sales across all product categories to meet overall sales objectives.
- Follow up on all open quotes and leads to convert them into sales.
- Log activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor customer orders and provide updates on order status.
- Conduct regular outreach to reconnect with dormant accounts or specific target customer groups to stimulate interest and business.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education or experience in the Interior Design field.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in selling custom products for home design, such as furniture and carpets.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and polished appearance at all times.
- Experience in building long-term client relationships based on integrity and trust.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks to support showroom goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- A natural inclination towards serving others.
- A goal-oriented team player with a passion for design and business development.
- Physically capable of performing the manual aspects of the role.
Compensation:
Hourly pay range: $20.00 base plus a monthly incentive bonus based on showroom sales. This posting includes a pay range that reflects the potential salaries or hourly rates that Kravet Inc. may consider for this position, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
