Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement architectural design concepts for projects, working closely with Project Managers and other disciplines.
  • Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and other technical materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide technical assistance and mentoring to junior members, promoting best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of documents and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Prepare and present code reviews and other technical reports as required.
  • Perform field investigations and document existing conditions for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Professional degree in Architecture (Master or Bachelor).
  • Licensed Architect in the United States.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on educational, commercial, and municipal/institutional project types.
  • Proven expertise in construction documentation and specification, with the ability to perform construction administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
