As a Customer Service Leader, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager to maintain these expectations, ensuring that all Front End activities operate seamlessly and sales are optimized through exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver prompt, precise, and cordial service to customers, fostering a positive shopping atmosphere
  • Welcome each customer personally and engage with them meaningfully
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and prioritize customer focus during work hours
  • Efficiently manage store office responsibilities, including financial procedures
  • Stay informed about office processes and services available
  • Keep the workstation and front end area tidy and organized
  • Quickly report any register issues
  • Ensure all equipment, such as the MVP savings center KIOSK, is operational
  • Assist with sales tasks and customer service leadership responsibilities as required
  • Remain vigilant and call for assistance when necessary to meet service expectations
  • Comply with company policies, guidelines, and safety protocols
  • Complete all necessary training programs
  • Address any unsafe conditions promptly
  • Notify management of any cleaning or maintenance concerns
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to job demands
  • Capability to manage cashier and service center responsibilities
  • Meet the physical demands of the position
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Efficiently use computers and communication systems
  • Perform various physical tasks, including lifting and bending
  • Stand for extended periods and operate equipment
  • Adapt to different environmental conditions
  • Handle a variety of substances and materials
  • Meet volume activity standards
  • Possess adequate visual acuity for the role

BOTTLES: If applicable, manage the movement of empty bottles and containers within the store.
