Key Responsibilities- Ensure effective insurance, retirement, and business planning education through an array of service offerings including high-quality insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, investments, and more
- Participate in and complete the New York Life training curriculum to build your professional skills and knowledge
- Develop and employ marketing and business plans to grow your client base
- Discuss financial concerns and needs with potential clients identified during the prospecting process
- Present an array of potential solutions using our competitive suite of products and services to help clients identify and achieve their financial goals
- Self-discipline, Resilience, Persistence, and Determination
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to communicate complex skills
- Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks and contacts
- Savvy business sense required
- Experience in sales and implementing growth strategies a plus
- Must possess uncompromising integrity
- Backgrounds in people-oriented careers are a plus
- Backgrounds in teaching and coaching are a plus as well

Our compensation package includes a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 at plan yearly, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
