UniFirst is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Route Trainee to support our Service Department. As a Route Trainee, you will assist Route Service Representatives with loading and unloading trucks, delivering and picking up customer products, maintaining vehicle safety, and covering assigned routes when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Service Department operations by assisting Route Service Representatives with daily tasks
  • Deliver and pick up customer products in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness
  • Cover assigned routes when needed, driving a company vehicle to and from customer stops
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
