Youth Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP). As a Youth Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families in the Baltimore Area and surrounding communities.

• Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
• Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
• Provide support and guidance to participants and their families to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

• A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources is preferred.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage are necessary.
