**About the Position:**

We are seeking a reliable and committed Advocate to provide direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model
* Provide support and guidance to youth and families in the community, school, and home settings
* Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive support

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
* Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking preferred but not required
* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
