Compassionate Private Duty Nurse for Medically Fragile Clients

At Aveanna Healthcare, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to medically fragile clients. As a key member of our care team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced LVN with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients' healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care that address their unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
- Patient assessments and coordination of care
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Compliant and timely documentation of care provided
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
