Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a talented Commercial Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales management efforts, you will assist the Regional Commercial Director in recruiting, training, and supporting commercial sales agents.

This is a unique opportunity to learn how to attract, train, and develop talent while continuing to sell commercial real estate. In this dual role, you will continue to sell commercial real estate and earn commissions while also getting paid to assist the Commercial Director in the Region.

**Responsibilities:**

  • ">
  • Recruit new and experienced commercial sales agents on an ongoing basis.">
  • Add value to the agent experience and accelerate growth by supporting agent needs on an ad hoc basis.">
  • Lead educational classes for sales agents on available technology, tools, and resources.">
  • Assist Commercial Director with agent coaching and transactions.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Three or more years of commercial real estate sales experience.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Ability to effectively recruit sales agents and communicate the company's agent value proposition.">
  • Ability to present trainings to sales associates.">
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.">
  • Proficient with technology tools and able to teach agents on utilization.">
  • Must have a valid Real Estate or Broker's license.">
