SS&C Technologies is a leading provider of investment and financial services software for the financial services and healthcare industries. As a Portfolio Compliance Analyst, you will be part of a newly launched division within the company, specializing in providing fund compliance services for asset/fund managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze fund documents, including indentures and IMAs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Model and maintain fund-specific portfolio compliance tests within the company's proprietary compliance analytics model.
- Generate and provide daily or as-needed compliance reports for SMA and CLO funds for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality compliance services and support the growth of the Compliance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CLO compliance, with a strong understanding of indentures, compliance test modeling, and waterfall modeling.
- Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with intermediate-level skills in functions and formulas.

- A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $60,000, depending on location.
