We are seeking a skilled and motivated Internet Sales/Trade-Up Program Associate to join our team at Grayson Automotive in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a Sales and Trade-In Expert, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying trade-in opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support.
**About the Position:**
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive base salary ($50,000 - $150,000) plus commission, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication and presentation skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Identify trade-in opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
* Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and interests
* Provide exceptional customer support and follow-up processes to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
* Previous sales experience, preferably in an automotive dealership
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
