Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Water Distribution System Technician to join our team at Veolia North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing field functions relating to direct customer interface at their premises, including meter readings, investigations, and repairs.
Primary Duties
- Performs all field functions relating to direct customer interface at their premises (residential, commercial and industrial) starting at the curb stop/box through the service line and the meter, including all reading devices, pits, boxes, etc.
- Reports unusual conditions observed on the customers premises which could have an effect on company-customer relations including potential cross connections, illegal connections/uses, etc.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- One (1) year of experience in water system operation and maintenance.
