Clinical Team Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient services in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in managing clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff assignments, caseloads, and productivity to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Evaluate staffing levels and clinical competence to ensure the team is equipped to meet patient needs.
  • Provide clinical guidance and coaching for complex situations to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Manage quality and fiscal outcomes, service utilization, targeted case mix, and productivity levels to ensure the team is meeting organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible clinical experience, with at least 1 year of recent home health experience.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience required.
  • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software applications.
  • Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of home health Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms.
