  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting customer expectations through effective communication, problem resolution, and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, including DOT regulations, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, driving business growth and development.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of work experience required, with local delivery experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean driving record within MVR guidelines, with CDL license covering both automatic and manual vehicles.
  • Prior experience using pallet jacks is preferred, with the ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
