About the Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department. This includes coordinating local deliveries, loading and unloading cargo, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

This is a full-time position that requires working efficiently and safely, often under pressure. You will work closely with our delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, handling heavy lifting and equipment operation. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute local deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery to customers.
  • Loading and unloading cargo from vehicles, while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Operating electric pallet jacks and other equipment to move heavy loads within the warehouse.
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs related to delivery operations.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Valid Class C Driver's License.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment, handling heavy lifting and equipment operation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $23-$24 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. Annual salary estimate: $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience and performance.
