About the Job: As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Additionally, they should be familiar with relevant medical terminology, anatomy, and radiation safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, adhering to quality control standards and radiation safety guidelines.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a valid certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) or equivalent experience. A strong foundation in CT technology, along with proficiency in maintaining and operating complex imaging equipment, is essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is also crucial for success. Compensation Package: This travel assignment offers a competitive salary of $$120,000 per year, including a tax-free stipend amount.
