The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for passengers and airport staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Ensure the timely and thorough completion of cleaning tasks, assign cleaning duties and responsibilities, and provide clear instructions and guidance as needed.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train new cleaning staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation, and conduct regular inspections of terminal facilities to assess cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, coordinating with supervisors to replenish supplies and schedule equipment maintenance as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with airport management and other stakeholders to address cleaning-related issues, requests, and concerns, and enforce safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Leadership and Support: Provide leadership and support to cleaning staff, addressing performance issues, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively, excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly, bend, stretch, climb stairs, climb a ladder, reach, twist, sit, walk, and squat, and be comfortable working on feet for entire shift.
