Your Role:
As an Overnight Custodial Staff member, you will be an energetic and proactive part of our team, dedicated to achieving tangible results. You thrive on completing tasks and take pride in maintaining a pristine environment for our members as they pursue their fitness objectives in a welcoming atmosphere.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high cleaning standards consistently, as our members appreciate this commitment.
• While your primary focus will be on cleaning duties, you may also assist members at the welcome desk during your shift.
• Engage with members by offering tours, facilitating enrollments, and fulfilling other club responsibilities as needed, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to cleaning tasks.
Expectations:
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and a genuine passion for your work.
• Create a fun and inviting atmosphere for members.
• Your schedule will primarily consist of overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A strong desire to serve others and contribute positively to their experiences.
• Previous custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Physical demands include communication, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling cleaning chemicals safely.
Language Skills:
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, understanding, reading, and writing. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Compensation:
