Richmond Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Staten Island, NY. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and temperature readings.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting optimal healing and comfort for our residents.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance on patient care and procedures.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene, promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve patient care goals.
