Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of People Operations to provide strategic, operational, and communications support for People Operations' initiatives aligned with organization growth and corporate objectives. The successful candidate will have accountability for people-focused activities within their assigned working group and will be responsible for creating and enforcing all employee-related policies and programs that guide the organization in achieving its business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership: Lead department projects and initiatives across US business units in partnership with business leaders, CPO, and other People Operations' SMEs.
  • Employee Engagement, Retention, and Engagement: Act as a strategic business partner and key point of contact to business leadership at Director level and below, providing feedback to the CPO as appropriate.
  • Employee Benefits and Compensation: Support new hire onboarding, manage unemployment claims, and assist in the administration of employee incentivized compensation/annual bonus programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ten or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including business partner (HRBP), generalist, or Director-level experience
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification required; SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Broad knowledge of People Operations functions
  • Strategic mindset and ability to effectively lead the implementation of initiatives across functional national teams
