Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to a team focused on delivering innovative technology solutions.

Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with application development teams to offer operational support for feature delivery.
- Manage code branching, continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes.
- Support pre-production and production environments, troubleshooting any build and deployment issues.
- Enhance the efficiency and scalability of the continuous integration environment.
- Maintain regular communication with technology partners regarding project status.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of substantial experience with Middleware technologies, including Java J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Hibernate, VUEJS, and REACT.
- 7+ years of experience with Middleware platforms such as WebSphere, JBOSS, Apache, and IBM HTTP.
- Experience in build and deployment support within a large corporate setting, preferably in the financial sector.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Java J2EE, Spring Boot, and VUEJS.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop features while ensuring accountability for delivery.
- Apply enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality assurance.
- Ensure solutions meet product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
- Guide the team in task breakdown and execution.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
