Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate with application development teams to offer operational support for feature delivery.
  • Manage code branching, continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Support pre-production and production environments, troubleshooting any build and deployment issues.
  • Enhance the efficiency and scalability of the continuous integration environment.
  • Maintain regular communication with technology partners regarding project status.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of substantial experience with Middleware technologies, including Java J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Hibernate, VUEJS, and REACT.
  • 7+ years of experience with Middleware platforms such as WebSphere, JBOSS, Apache, and IBM HTTP.
  • Experience in build and deployment support within a large corporate setting, preferably in the financial sector.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java J2EE, Spring Boot, and VUEJS.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop features while ensuring accountability for delivery.
  • Apply enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure solutions meet product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
  • Guide the team in task breakdown and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a team lead and mentor, fostering skills and best practices among team members.
