Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to patients, as well as conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based treatments.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients, including identifying goals and objectives and developing strategies for achieving them.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and progress notes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in a field related to mental health, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Licensed to practice as a mental health professional in one or more US states.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
