Job Summary:

Hooters of America, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various areas of responsibility within the operation, including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere.
  • Assist the General Manager in ensuring operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards.
  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and are meeting the needs of the business.
  • Assist the General Manager in the selection of Front of House and Back of House employees.
  • Support the training and development of restaurant employees.
  • Manage the performance of all hourly employees, with an emphasis on Front of House employees, to ensure they are successful in their individual roles.
  • Responsible for assisting in the completion of general business administration, including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
