Position Overview

The Chick-fil-A Crew Member plays a vital role in the overall success of the Chick-fil-A establishment. This position is centered around delivering exceptional customer service and supporting various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
The Crew Member will be responsible for:
  • Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Accurately processing orders through the point-of-sale system.
  • Performing cashier duties and managing transactions.
  • Assisting in food preparation and kitchen stocking.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization in both front-end and kitchen areas.
  • Monitoring food quality and safety standards.
  • Participating in the training of new team members as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Required:
High School diploma or equivalent experience in a work environment. Candidates must possess the ability to read, write, and perform basic measurements. Flexibility, effective communication skills, and teamwork are essential attributes. A Food Handler's permit or the ability to obtain one is required. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
