**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the surrounding areas of Westchester County and Bronx, NY. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and overseeing the relationship with our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas.

**Responsibilities**

* Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services
* Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from client facilities, providing timely and accurate information
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities
* Work closely with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues
* Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and company laws
* Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired
* Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired

**Qualifications**

* LPN New York License preferred
* Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred
* Extensive knowledge of health care procedures
* Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities, and concentrate on detailed information
* Driven and motivated problem-solver
* Ability to work independently and as a team player
* Good organizational and interpersonal skills
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
