Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching and feedback to salon staff, promote teamwork, and motivate team members to achieve exceptional customer service and salon goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all salon operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, implement strategies to drive sales, and monitor progress.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the Salon Manager, staff, and clients to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Mediate conflicts, resolve issues, and implement solutions to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a salon; 3+ years of experience in progressive leadership.
  • Skills: Strong supervisory and leadership skills, ability to adapt to changes, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and similar software programs.
Benefits
  • Competitive Pay: $19-22 hourly DOE; on-target earnings: $25-40 per hour.

Work Schedule
  • Shifts: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
