Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Registered Nurse. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a nephrology setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
