Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Crisis Control Plan effectively.
  • Support weekly safety inspections at job sites.
  • Assist in the daily inspection of safety measures, including guardrails and hole covers.
  • Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings.
  • Verify that installed materials correspond with submittals and contract drawings.
  • Contribute to maintaining the Quality Assurance Program in Procore.
  • Help manage the material tracking log and ensure materials are available on-site.
  • Assist in the development of the final punch list.
  • Gain an understanding of project schedules.
  • Support the Request for Information (RFI) and submittal processes.
  • Manage document control efficiently.
  • Attend weekly meetings with trade partners.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • A strong desire to build a career in the construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Vision: Ability to see within the normal visual range, with or without correction.

Hearing: Ability to hear within the normal audio range, with or without correction.
