- Sales Agreement Maintenance: Maintain sales agreements in the system.
- Purchase Agreement Generation: Generate and maintain purchase agreements in the system.
- Logistics Provider Administration: Administer logistics providers.
- Project Development Support: Support the development of new projects.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with the Availability and Transportation departments.
- Customer Service Support: Support other Customer Service positions as needed.
- Education: Minimum university degree.
- Experience: Minimum three years of experience in Administration or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English as a second language.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge of supply chain management and ERP systems.
