  • Support the General Manager in achieving studio sales objectives, including membership renewals and additional service targets.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential customers, including first-time visitors and securing referrals from existing members.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities in collaboration with the Franchise Owner and national sales director.
  • Conduct effective marketing strategies to generate leads and promote studio events.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the studio environment.
  • Participate in community networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in managing staff schedules and supervising the CBX team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and current members, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the fitness industry.
  • Proficient in driving personal sales and mentoring fellow Sales Representatives.
  • Ability to manage two revenue streams: memberships and retail products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Competence in using computers and studio management software.
