Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Illinois Tool Works. As a key member of our Service Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, with a strong emphasis on resolving issues in a timely manner.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
