Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Roofing Sales Professional to join our expanding team at Intelligent Design Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Solar & Electric. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving success by providing top-quality roofing solutions to homeowners and businesses in Tucson.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires frequent field travel to meet with clients and assess their roofing needs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in roofing or home services, and a strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000, depending on performance, with uncapped commission potential to reward your sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess roofing needs and provide honest recommendations.
  • Generate leads and follow up to maximize conversion, using self-generated leads, networking, and company-provided leads.
  • Present customized roofing solutions that meet customer needs, focusing on quality, longevity, and value.
  • Closing sales confidently by guiding customers through the decision-making process, addressing questions or objections, and finalizing sales agreements with professionalism and confidence.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure each job is completed to customer satisfaction, from consultation to final inspection.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience: 2+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in roofing or home services.
  • ServiceTitan knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/scheduling software is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge: Solid understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes, with the ability to explain them to customers.
  • Valid driver's license: Required for traveling to client sites for consultations and inspections.
