- Receiving and Stocking: Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with all products carried in the deli department, including differences in price, taste, preparation, and use.
- Quality Control: Handle spoiled or damaged products according to established guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department, adhering to all PPE and safety guidelines.
- Guest Experience: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience by following all guest experience guidelines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: One year of retail or related experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents; basic mathematical skills; and attention to detail.
