Job Title: Banquet Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at True North Hotel Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and dishware.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting is a plus.
