About Us: JobRialto is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the mining industry. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in Health and Safety Systems to lead the implementation of safety programs, develop data systems for global standardization, and manage health and safety initiatives.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and lead the implementation of safety and health programs and data systems to ensure consistency across all sites.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to support process improvement and standardization.
  • Develop and oversee systems such as incident reporting, occupational health databases, collision avoidance systems, and more.
  • Lead the development and rollout of a global fatal risk management system, including critical controls, toolkits, training, and continuous improvement evaluations.
  • Manage data analytics to provide insights for site safety improvements and develop systems to enhance communication of health and safety data.
  • Create tools for tracking leading indicator metrics to evaluate safety process health.
  • Interface with site health and safety managers to ensure systems meet site and corporate requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to health and safety systems and communicate solutions to management.
  • Lead and motivate team members to enhance technical skills and manage global change initiatives for health and safety systems.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, business processes, and methodologies relevant to health and safety systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in information services or process technology, including project management of medium to large system implementations.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment processes, occupational hazards, and safety precautions.
  • Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to health and safety.
  • Ability to coach and guide management in implementing and managing health and safety systems.
  • Proficient in requirements development, analysis, and operations management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety processes and regulatory requirements within the mining industry.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year,Location: Flexible remote work options available, occasional travel required.
