About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager Lead to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a Construction Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects safely, profitably, and timely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
  • Cost Control: Oversee cost control processes, including budget development and execution, change order management, and cost tracking.
  • Talent Management: Manage and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, plus paid time off and vacation days.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a multifamily Superintendent or equivalent role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction operations, cash flow procedures, productivity analysis, and contract documents. Proficient in scheduling systems and conflict resolution.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
